Flourless Chocolate Cake

Yield: One 9-inch cake
1 cup cooked lentils
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cups granulated sugar
3/4 cup cocoa powder
2 Tbsp cornstarch
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

In a food processor, blend lentils, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Mix together the remaining ingredients together and add them to the food processor. Blend one minute more. Pour into a greased 9-in round cake pan. Bake at 350 F for 50-55 minutes.
