  • Where to get support-local and online groups, websites, books

This is great for people who are familiar with the basics but still have some questions.  It’s also a great opportunity to educate family and friends to support you better!

Workshops taught by Cheryl Harris, Registered Dietitian and Nutritionist. Each class is $25 per person, or bring a friend for 2 people for $40. There will be tasty goodies and prizes!

PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED! Groups are kept small to provide a better space for learning and questions.
