Buckwheat Bread

2 cups buckwheat flour
2 teaspoons xanthan or guar gum
2 teaspoons yeast
¼ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
½ cup milk
1 stick softened butter

Mix ingredients. Put into greased loaf pan and let rise. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Enjoy.
