1 cup chopped fresh or drained canned pineapple
3 cups fresh or frozen cranberries, picked over
1-2 tart apples, based on size, peeled and chopped coarsely
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 orange (optional)
stevia or sugar to taste
Put fruit and nuts in a food processor in two batches. Pulse until there are small pieces but still some texture. Add sweetener to taste. Chill and enjoy!
