  1. Is Shabtai back in business? Their website appears current, but their Facebook hasn’t been updated since Sept. 2013.

    I don’t know. Their website used to say they were out of business temporarily last year. When I checked this year, it looked current and so I assumed they were back. But you’re right–they haven’t updated on Twitter, ether, and everything is listed as sold out, so I’ll pull that link. Thanks for the heads up.

  3. Soft drinks can be a problem too because they contain high fructose corn syrup (which is why some soda makers have to do a separate run using regular sugar). I go with Syfo Beverages (www.syfobeverages.com). They make naturally-flavored sparkling waters that are certified Kosher for Passover by the OU. They contain no sugar or artificial sweeteners either.
