  1. Thanks so much for this great article, Cheryl! It will be helpful to so many who are getting ready for Thanksgiving in just a few weeks. I admit my mind hasn’t really “gone there” yet even though I did a gluten-free, vegan menu presentation this past weekend. It’s coming whether I’m ready or not! Thanks, too, for linking to my Crustless Apple Pie recipe. 🙂 Folks love that and I’ve even made it using almond flour, coconut sugar, and coconut oil. It’s a bit less of a pie with those ingredients, but over the top yummy. Last, I saw your Intense Cocoa Bites–they look awesome!

  2. Great tips, as always, Cheryl! The recipes you include sound fabulous. Thanks so much for linking to my roundup from Canadian Thanksgiving–brought back memories! (ha ha!) 😀 Hope your T-Day is just as happy. xo

  3. Thanks, Shirley! Between Halloween, storm hysteria and the election, my brain has been cluttered, too. Can’t wait to try that alternative version of your Crustless apple Pie!

Ricki, I love sharing your recipes! And I hope you had a great T-day.
